What we collect

When you use Quiet Walk, we don't ask for your name, email, or any identifying information. We don't create accounts. Your conversation resets when you leave or refresh the page.

We do collect anonymized, hashed session data to understand how the site is being used — things like how many people visited, what kinds of conversations are happening, and whether the site is working. This data cannot be traced back to you.

Third-party services

Quiet Walk is built on a few services that may process data as part of how the site functions:

• Anthropic — The AI that powers your conversation is built using Anthropic's API. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle that data: anthropic.com/privacy.
• Vercel — Quiet Walk is hosted on Vercel, which may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited). Vercel's privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Amazon — When you click a book link, you may be directed to Amazon. If you purchase something, we may receive a small affiliate commission at no cost to you. Amazon's privacy policy governs any data collected on their site.
